The Triple Topper difference:

So, what makes Triple Topper cards different from regular playing cards? The answer is in the third dimension! Regular cards have only two dimensions: suit and number. If you sort them by each dimension, you get the flat (two-dimensional) rectangle below:

But Triple Topper cards have three dimensions: suit, number, and color! Each dimension has five possible values, so the deck has 5x5x5=125 cards. The illustration below depicts the Triple Topper deck as a 3-D cube (not a 2-D rectangle like regular cards) containing 125 small cubes that represent the cards in the deck.

You can play many games with a Triple Topper deck. Some are designed especially for it, while others are adaptations of traditional games where the third dimension adds a pleasant twist. Now let's see how a typical game would work:
The screenshot tells you about the difference. Regular cards have number and suit as its independent variables. Color is just a function of the suit, meaning, in regular cards, you do not have a black heart. But the above screenshot shows that there are 5 numbers, 5 colors, and 5 suits, and none of them are a function of each other. There is one of each possibility in a deck for a total of 125 cards. However, it's like regular cards in one sense: you can play some radically diffferent games with it. The game shown above, called Six Suit, MUST be played with this deck. However there are 12 other games that are based on a regular card game. However, all will in some way or another make the game more strategic, with more options for play. The reason is because in regular cards, the number and the suit have a fixed role. With Triple Topper cards, in most games, the 3 variables can be used interchangably, while in other games, most notably Casino Macedonia, there are 2 co-equal items that act like a suit, namely the suit and color, however, unlike regular Casino, you must match either the suit or number.

A difference not as obvious is how wilds are treated. Black is the wild color, Blob is the wild shape, and Question Mark is the wild number. However, some cards might have one or two of them, or even none, but only one card in the deck has all 3. This means it's wild in one way, but not the other 2, or wild in 2 ways, but not the other 1. There are more wild cards, about 40-50%, but unlike a poker game where the dealer declares everything under 10 is wild (look for a lot of 5-Ace ties in that case), most of the wilds are less powerful. Despite so many wilds, the games will be balanced.
