The Triple Topper Online Games were written by James Ranson . The games were written as modules for a card game engine called Nebula Cards, also written by James Ranson. Nebula Cards is copyrighted by James Ranson and released under the GNU General Public License (www.gnu.org). The specific TT modules, which are distinct from the NC engine, are the property of Brian Ciesicki who has paid James Ranson for their development. In addition, James Ranson grants Brian Ciesicki the right to keep the TT sources proprietary, which is a specific exception to the GPL, but which is in James Ranson's power to grant as sole copyright holder of the NC code. The rest of the terms of the GPL still apply.
